  • Assist special passengers – elderly, unaccompanied minors, pregnant women, PRMs (Passengers with Reduced Mobility).

  • Handle passengers with fear of flying, emotional distress, or disruptive behavior.
  • Ensure passenger comfort during the flight (temperature, lighting, seating issues).
