Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).
Help guests who need special support such as elderly, unaccompanied minors, or medical cases.
Assist VVIP and VIP guests, ensuring smooth passage through airport processes.
Safety & Security Awareness
Maintain awareness of security protocols while working in restricted areas.
Be trained in Dangerous Goods Awareness (DGR) to identify and handle restricted items safely.
Report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately to security authorities.
Customer Service
Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, reflecting the airport’s service standards.
Provide directions, information, and guidance to passengers when required.
Maintain a helpful, approachable, and positive attitude at all guest touchpoints.
