Ticket and Check-In Agent

  • Handles passenger’s ticket booking ,check-in and boarding.
  • Issues boarding passes, seat allocations, and baggage tags.
  • Provides information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
  • Ensures compliance with airline and security regulations

Instrument Pilot License

  • Prepares and manages crew rosters for pilots and cabin crew.
  • Ensures duty hours comply with DGCA/ICAO flight time limitations.
  • Coordinates replacement crew in case of delays, sickness, or disruptions.
  • Works closely with operations control.

Airline Station Agent

  • Represents the airline at a particular airport.
  • Supervises daily operations such as check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and customer service.
  • Coordinates between the airline, ground handling, airport authority, and regulatory bodies.
  • Responsible for smooth station functioning and handling escalations.

Airplane Technician

  • Conducts pre-flight, post-flight, and routine inspections of aircraft.
  • Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under AME supervision.
  • Ensures aircraft airworthiness and certifies serviceability.
  • Works under DGCA/CAA and airline engineering guidelines.

Flight Dispatcher (Flight Operations Officer)

  • Prepares flight plans considering weather, fuel, payload, alternate airports, and NOTAMs.
  • Provides pilots with operational briefing before departure.
  • Monitors flights en route and provides assistance during diversions or emergencies.
  • Ensures flight operates safely and legally within regulations.

Service Agent for Passengers

  • Provides customer service at boarding gates, transit desks, and arrival areas.
  • Manages flight announcements, boarding procedures, and upgrades.
  • Handles queries, complaints, and disruptions.
  • Acts as the airline’s frontline representative.

Mishandled Baggage (MHB) Coordinator

  • Handles complaints about delayed, lost, or damaged baggage.
  • Uses WorldTracer / baggage tracking systems to locate luggage.
  • Coordinates with other stations and airlines to deliver baggage to passengers.
  • Ensures proper compensation or claim settlement process.

Ramp Agents / Skippers

  • Operate on the airside/ramp area.
  • Guide aircraft during parking (using marshalling signals).
  • Connect ground support equipment (GPU, ACU, belts, stairs).
  • Supervise loading/unloading of cargo, baggage, and catering.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on the apron.
